Zeppelins (Cepelinai) - the national dish of Lithuania - large grated potato dumplings filled with ground meat and served with bacon and sour cream gravy.
Whistlers (Švilpikai) - oven- baked potato dough bits served with rich boletus mushroom gravy.
Potato Bake (Kugelis, Plokštainis) - a pie made of grated potatoes and baked in the oven. Served, of course, with a generous helpings of bacon-sour cream gravy.
Samogitian Pancakes (Žemaičių blynai) - fried patties of mashed potato dough filled with ground meat.
Potato Pancakes (Bulviniai blynai) - crispy pancakes made of finely grated potatoes.
